Lost your link? Let’s get you back in.

Every Beloven story lives at its own private address. The link you were sent when you began is the way back into the studio — to keep writing, review your preview, or approve it. If it has slipped away, put in the email address you ordered with and we will send a fresh one.

What happens when you do this

We email a brand-new link to the address on the order, and the previous one stops working. That is deliberate: if your old link was forwarded to someone or sat in a shared inbox, recovering access quietly closes that door behind you.

Nothing about your story changes — every word, photograph and voice note is exactly where you left it. Only the address changes.

If your story is already live

Once a story has gone live, the card itself is the way in: tap it with an NFC-enabled phone, or open the same link on any device. That address is permanent and never changes for the life of the card.

Still stuck

If the email never arrives, check the spam folder first — then write to team@beloven.store and a real person will sort it out. Mention the name of the person the gift is for; it is usually enough for us to find the order.
